Twelve Dancing Princesses

CTM celebrated its 5th Anniversary by bringing back the show that started it all, Twelve Dancing Princesses. A fun-filled musical
about a King with 12 unmarried daughters who mysteriously wear out their shoes night after night. The frustrated King secures the services
of an ambitious young cowherd named Michael to discover the Princesses' secret. Along the way, Michael falls in love with one of the Princesses
and helps to restore peace and happiness to the royal family.

Rumpelstiltskin

Thanks to a partnership with the Missoula Children's Theatre, Rumpelstiltskin,
a fully staged musical, was presented by young actors ages 5 - 17. After one busy week rehearsing the show, they performed twice on Saturday!

The Music Man is an American musical classic, following fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill and his visit to River City, Iowa where he meets and falls in love with the willful, spinster librarian, Marian Paroo. Directed by Chad Weddle, with musical direcion by Emily Oliver, choreography by Amy Harpring and live music by Ohio Metropolitan Theatre Orchestra

The Little Mermaid

Deep in the salty waters of the Sassafras Sea, there lived a Little Mermaid. Her name was Celia. She lived for music. In fact, it was said that she had the loveliest scales in all of the Deep. Celia and her three sisters were allowed one visit to the World Above, each on their sixteenth birthday, to learn the secrets of life on dry land. Their discoveries included ferocious dragons, advancing armies and, of course, a handsome and resourceful Prince Charming. Missoula Children's Theatre returned to CTM for this one week performance workshop for young actors.

Fabulous Fifties!
CTM Road Show 2006-2007
The Children's Theatre of Mason rocked around the clock this summer with a medley of the best songs from the 1950's. Just a group of Guys and Gals singing and dancing their troubles away. Performances included the Fine Arts Fund Sampler Weekend, Deerfield Days and the Mason Heritage Festival.

Robin Hood

The time is simply long ago and the place is the magical, mythical Sherwood Forest. Our hero, Robin Hood, and his Merry Band of colorful characters seek the help of the Foresters, manage to waylay the Aristocrats and set out to rescue Maid Marion and Marion's Maid. CTM, in partnership with the Missoula Children's Theatre, provided this one week workshop for area children to achieve their dreams on the stage. |

Deep in the royal swamp, a selfish Princess makes a promise to befriend a lonely Frog after he retrieves her golden ball from a well. But what happens when the Princess tries every trick in the book to break her promise? Newberry Award winner, Louis Sachar, is also the author of Holes and There's a Boy in the Girl's Bathroom. This is a story about the funniest, craziest and most mixed-up place that ever called itself a school. All kinds of wacky things happen at Wayside School especially on the thirtieth floor!
